The fees consist of three components:

- Security, Shuttle Service & Common Area Charge (9.17 Baht per sqm): This covers the 24-hour security service, shuttle bus service (four times per day), and maintenance of common areas within the development.

- Swimming Pool Charge (2.15 Baht per sqm): This includes the cleaning of the swimming pool on your private plot twice a week and topping up with salt as needed (within reasonable limits).

- Garden Charge (2.15 Baht per sqm): This provides a gardener for up to 1.5 hours per day, six days a week (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

While residents have the option to opt out of the pool and garden charges and manage their own cleaning and gardening, the security, shuttle service, and common area charge is mandatory.
